She immediately resent me the email which allowed me to indicate that I wanted a direct deposit to my bank and ensured she had received it. I needed a total vehicle loss affidavit, and she made a quick phone call and had that emailed to me in real time. She wisely advised me to call my bank and give them a heads up that a sizable State Farm deposit would be coming. She was delightful and helpful even though it was the last 30 minutes of her workday.
