The OpportunityWe are looking for a driven, proven sales leader to step into an Agency Sales Manager role. This position is for someone who knows how to sell, knows how to coach, and knows how to hold a team accountable to real results.
This is not a desk job and not a title-only leadership role. You will actively lead from the front, develop producers, and drive consistent growth across auto, fire, and life insurance.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed sales professionals
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and production targets
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching, role play, and performance reviews
  • Monitor pipelines, conversion metrics, and individual results
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members
  • Reinforce sales processes, scripts, and follow-up discipline
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results
  • Collaborate with the agency owner on growth strategies and goals

  • Team members know their numbers and improve performance

What We’re Looking For
  • Fully licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health, or willing and able to obtain licenses quickly
  • Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
  • Strong personal sales background with a track record of success
  • Confident communicator who can coach, challenge, and inspire
  • Organized, goal-driven, and metrics-focused
  • Comfortable leading by example and staying involved in production
  • High integrity and strong work ethic
