Hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PMSchedule 30 Hours Per WeekCompensation $15 per hour base pay plus incentives for each qualified lead card completed or live transfer to licensed agent.

Role Description
As a Telemarketer with our agency, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our office and generate interest in receiving an insurance quote. This role is focused on starting conversations and creating opportunities, not closing sales. You will be supported by a licensed team that handles quoting and policy placement.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided call lists
  • Clearly explain the purpose of the call and represent the agency professionally
  • Engage prospects and create interest in receiving an insurance quote
  • Accurately complete lead cards for interested prospects
  • Document call outcomes and follow established call processes
  • Maintain professionalism and compliance with agency guidelines
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
  • Ability to stay focused and productive during scheduled calling hours
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Prior calling, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
